No matter where you bought your Laptop from, simply bring your laptop into our office and we’ll give you a free diagnosis to determine what the problem is. If the laptop can be repaired immediately, we’ll provide the quotation for the same and will attempt to fix it there itself. However if it needs next level diagnosis for hardware or it requires additional parts to be replaced that are not available in the stock at the same time then we’ll send it off to our TRC.
If you are unable to come into office, you can call our Help desk Team on 022-6575 0606 . We will send our experienced engineer at your place as per your convenient time. Vishwadeep Technology certified engineers will diagnose your device at your place and resolve the problem. If our technician finds any critical issue that can not be repaired at your place, the device will be picked by our technician. In case of heavy device or large quantity of devices, our delivery department will make arrangement for picking up the same. Pickup & drop of devices comes at no cost.Its absolutely free as per our company policy.
If we need to send your device to our TRC, we will let you know about any additional costs that may occur for parts replacement. We will proceed further with the repair only after receiving your approval.However, if you do not want us to proceed further, we will straight away send your device back to your place or you can come & pick it up by yourself from our office.
In the unlikely event that we’re unable to repair your laptop, it will be returned straight away and your fee will be refunded.
