Job Description: (FRESHERS DONOT APPLY)

Key Performance Indicators:

Handling all ticketing volumes across different clients.
Taking care of issuing, re-issuing tickets and related documentation using GDS system.
Handling day-to-day enquiries, resolving operational issues and ensuring revenue generation for the organization.
Handling individual, Group Ticketing for various routes and ensuring best customer service.
Generating and Maintaining reports for bookings done on Travelomatix software.
Taking care of billing, refunds and related issues with travel agents.

Candidate Specifications:

Mandatory Skills:
Good understanding of GDS Software
Ability to work with different customers at the same time
Good understanding of mark-up pricing
Good to have Skills:
Certification from IATA
