Role Experience : 4 years - 9 years preferably in Medical Sector. Dental
Industry Experience would be added advantage
Languages known : English ,Hindi ,Kannada
Education : Graduation - BDS or Any other Degree ( Not Mandatory).Practical
Experience would be considered.
Specialization : Sale of Dental Instruments / or Sale of Medical Equipments
Gender : Male

Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans and strategies to meet or exceed the companys revenue target. Build, train, mentor and motivate the sales team. Develop sales team goals and hold team accountable for success. Develop the Karnataka market . If he has done  SC also would be an advantage. Other relevant industry experience ( sales, marketing) , is an advantage. The Sales manager has to work with large profile customers and with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in the present market
